Digital Nashville: Who We Are

Digital Nashville is a member-based networking organization for digital media professionals in Nashville, TN. Our Mission is to Connect, Strengthen and Grow Digital Media Use and Expertise throughout Greater Nashville.

We are here to enable you, Nashville's digital media community. Have something you want to accomplish? We provide tools and services to help you out. Have something you really care about? We're eager to help you succeed in making a difference. Use our infrastructure, tap into our community network, capitalize on our services - we're here to facilitate change and be the springboard to your success.

We also bring cohesion and support to the already great things happening in the digital media community in Nashville. Through events, our Jobs Forum and newly upgraded Job Board, our 2009 Education Series, directories, resource library, discussion forums, focus groups and other initiatives, our leadership team is working hard to empower and strengthen our Digital Community in Nashville. We welcome and need your participation, contribution, assistance and support. Together, we make a difference.

We believe Nashville possesses both a history of and a future in creativity and intellectual property - and a unique need and opportunity to marry its ideas and creative content with the digital technology, platforms and business strategies that will help it reach consumers in ways that engage, inspire and meet their dynamic lifestyle and behavioral needs. To that end, Digital Nashville will focus on just that: Digital in Nashville, including its essential business, content and technology components, e.g., digital media and content, digital distribution and infrastructure, digital products and services, digital interactive marketing, and digital dialogue with engaged consumer communities and contributors. We invite those working in complementary and enabling technologies and services to be involved as well.

Further, we intend to connect the various networking organizations serving our members and will seek to work closely with and promote the other organizations in Nashville with goals adjacent to our own.

If you'd like to show additional support for Digital Nashville, you can do so on Facebook, LinkedIn, and by displaying the Digital Nashville badge on your websites, blogs and various social network profiles. We also invite you to follow us on Twitter. We also need financial support! Please consider becoming a Digital Nashville Sponsor.
